Earlier this week, I was driving around the back-roads of Lebanon County and drove past an old building on a road that I couldn’t remember ever driving on before. The building looked like it might have been a school in the past or maybe a church, but I new that it was going to be this weeks project. It sits about 500 feet from the road in the middle of a grass field, so driving up to the building wasn’t going to happen. I parked at the side of the road and walked in to the site. I made the first few shots with my new 7-14mm lens, but knew right away that wasn’t going to do it. The 14-140mm was the right lens and the results are below.
The Hershey Chocolate Factory in Hershey, Pa. has closed and is being torn down. While driving through Hershey the other day, I saw this image and knew that it would make a great photo. I drove back to my house to pick up my camera. This is the photo I came home with.
